Coaching

When do you recommend someone should opt for career coaching?
And what is different about your approach?

Career coaching can be conducted at any point in one’s career.  Life is full of phases and “career crossroads” where we are forced to change direction or adapt to new circumstances.  Coaching offers the opportunity to think about our career next step in liberating and innovative ways.

“If you don’t look where you are going, you will end up where you are heading”

My coaching gives people the opportunity to develop a personal vision for their career and the tools to make the next step at the right time.  My approach is different in that it gives people the opportunity to conduct and talk about their career profiles “in-depth and in person” so they can confidently make choices about their direction.

Clients develop a plan for their life and career.  Managers find they can take this into performance and development discussions with their managers and seek the right opportunities.  It gives them the agency to pursue a direction in their lives and manage their own careers.

Not just for managers

I offer career coaching to people from all walks of like.  Together we clarify what options they have in relation to their future direction.  And give them the self-belief and tools to take the next step.

Margaret Harding, Non-Executive Director SmartSat CRC

My career and life before meeting Geraldene was great, but not the best it could be. She pushed me through boundaries I had put on myself that I was not even aware of, and gave me the confidence to pursue excellence. I am far better for having met Geraldene and would recommend her to anyone interested in being the best they can be.

Matthew Beatie, Managing Director Thrifty Car & Truck Rentals
