I have run a successful executive coaching practice for 20 years. I’ve dedicated my life to supporting organisations and the growth and development of others.

I work across many industries at all levels of management developing people in their professional lives and careers. I am passionate about motivating people and supporting themin new roles, through transitions, and career changes, and supporting them in leadership development journeys.

I believe that an organisation is a creative force that addresses itself to creating value for its stakeholders, and that organisations can, and do, have local and global impact. So, I also encourage leaders to think about their influence, understand their impact and legacy.

Put simply, I coach to inspire others to action that makes a difference in who they are, and where they work. I support others to clear the clutter and make space for creativity and intuition, and support them to grow in awareness and find the courage to act in new ways.

I coach to enable leaders to see problems as opportunities; embrace conscious choice; and achieve better congruence between their inner voice and outer action.
I coach to enable leaders to create culture with a momentum to achieve their goals and strategy.
I coach to enable leaders to plan and act in ways that are connected to mission and vision and achieve results.
I coach leaders to see their role in shaping the worlds they influence.

Coaching Senior Leaders

As coaches we are growing organisational culture. We are working with people in organisations to grow culture on a coherence of purpose.

Coaches need to understand the business sector both externally in terms of what’s driving industry sectors strategically, and internally at the Institutional level.  It certainly is important to understand the working world of my clients; the drivers of change and the pressure points. Then we are improving people’s work performance, their ability to understand how they influence decisions and outcomes, and contribute to the bigger picture.

As a coach we also know that when working with Executives and Careers we are working with the “whole” person and their perceptions, identity, values, work/life situation and overall aspirations.

I partner with my clients to work together generating ideas towards achieving their aspirations.  I gently push them outside their comfort zone to face issues constructively and think longer term about their life and work.
